How to add new question group/open new project
Click the link "Add new project" at the very top and fill both fields "Project Name" and "Project Abbreviation".
How to add question
Choose project first and navigate to the link "Ask New Question" which is above the question's list and the page link. Your Name, E-mail and Question are required to complete the form.
How to gain access to particular project
When there's particular project that is locked and you need access to join the discussion. There's link right under the password field, together with the lost pass link.
Once you send the link, the project admin will receive e-mail to confirm or reject your password request. In both cases you'll receive confirmation e-mail.
How to recover password
The project password can be changed only from the project admin (the person who created the project) or IT Web Administrator. The new password will be send to the project's admin e-mail.
If you experience any problem with that contact IT administrator for help.
Project access rights
Once you're authorized to access particular project you can add reply or add new questions for this project.
However this will not give you the right to access other password locked projects.
How to add reply to question
First select project and from the project's question navigate to any particular question. In that question page you'll find answers for this project and reply form.
That's the form that can be used for question replies.
How to export questions
To export questions is easy just choose project and click on the icons at the left side for export to MS Excel  or MS Word  .
How to export single question with comments
To export particular question choose project first then click on one of the questions and you'll be taken to that question detailed page, then from the export menu on the left side for export to MS Excel or MS Word .
Link to any page
There's option that shows you the exact URL to the current page. To get that link you can copy the address directly from the browser address bar, or
by clicking on  icon on the left side.
